The process is composed of 5 stages.
The first is a basic interview with devs to get to know you. The second is a test with 3 challenges (algorithms, database, and backend). The third is a technical interview with tech leads, who will question you a bit about the test you took, as well as learn about your experience and some situations on how you would solve them. The fourth stage is an interview with the VP of engineering. Although I "passed" the third stage, it did not happen.
I received an email, similar to those from the other stages, saying that I passed to the fourth stage and a link to schedule the interview with the VP. I scheduled it, and when the day came, I entered the meeting room. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody joined.
I decided to message the outsourced recruiter who had offered me the position. He also didn't know what happened and went to check with the Adyen team. Later, he got back to me saying that they decided not to continue the process with me. Although I passed the previous stage, from one moment to the next they decided not to continue, and they didn't even inform me that they had changed their minds.
Why do you want to go to Adyen? (at all stages)
