Staff Software Engineer Interview Experience - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Process

First, it was a screening call with the recruiter. Then, an interview with the team. Then, a case study interview with an engineer and a manager.

I was rejected after this interview. They used a lot of IT-specific vocabulary in their questions, which I was not familiar with. Also, they were looking for specific answers to some questions that were very general.

If you want to be successful, it's better to do a lot of research about the team and what they are doing so you can meet their expectations.
