Lots of office politics which might not be obvious on the surface. Discriminatory hiring process (people getting rejected based on their nationality). It is not really a tech company. Restrictions from security and infrastructure (it's quite difficult to get something simple done easily). No innovation and leadership; it feels like a big ship with no steer, which moves where the market is pushing it. As the company is growing crazy with the headcount, lots of people want to have a say in things and want to take up responsibility and climb up a fictitious ladder, which creates a really unpleasant atmosphere. So many key people are leaving the company after making a fortune. The company is losing its values and disciplines.
