The overall process took extremely long. I had 1 assessment and 3 interviews within 3 months' time. The first 2 interviews were only about the company Adyen in general and the culture. Only in the last interview was the actual position discussed.

Applied through the career site and was contacted by the recruiter a day later, asking to submit availability. However, the recruiter ghosted when I followed up on the confirmation of the interview. Could have been more professional by just replying
