The interview process included a phone call with a recruiter, followed by a fairly easy technical screen. This then led to a 4-hour virtual on-site, which comprised a technical screen, a systems design discussion, and a chat with the CTO.
The second technical screen presented the exact same problem as the first, but with a different interviewer. The discussions were easy as well, though they felt a bit rushed, as if a decision had already been made prior to the interview.
They did not send a rejection or provide any feedback. Their behavior in this regard is questionable, especially considering how they promote their "culture" during the interviews.
