I joined Affinity because the smartest people I knew from really different parts of my life all surprisingly ended up in this one small team. Everyone is driven, ambitious, and hungry to push the company forward, and that drive is what makes me excited to get into the office every day. I feel like my work at Affinity can actually push me to my limits, and I don't think I've grown more as a person or an engineer at any other point in my life. I'm really looking forward to the challenges and successes to come.
There won't be very much hand-holding as you ramp up and get up to speed.
Affinity expects self-starters, as everyone else will also be working on new problems and trying to figure stuff out.
