Mucha deuda técnica y de tecnologías internas.
Demasiada complejidad en la plataforma en todos los niveles de la plataforma.
Soluciones internas a problemas comunes de la industria, escritas por empleados anteriores y no documentadas y difíciles de mantener. Por ejemplo, un protocolo RPC propietario.
Muy jerárquico y nada internacional a pesar de tener buenas intenciones.

Cons: Company-wise slow down on development. Feels like getting stuck on promotion in my team.

lots of pressure to deliver several projects without clear deadlines even documentation and knowledge are missing
