I had a recruiter call followed by a technical screen last week.

Although it was straightforward, I took some time to think and was able to crack it and get the desired result for the test case. The interviewer was friendly, and I was able to answer all her questions regarding optimization of the solution and testing strategies.

But to my surprise, I got a rejection email within 24 hours, which was disappointing.

The question was something like: I was given two lists of strings, each containing date, userId, and type/mode. I was asked to return the number of userIds that exist in both lists and have a minimum of two types in each list.
