The interview process began with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by two technical phone interviews. This was then succeeded by an onsite visit, which included three technical interviews and an interview with the hiring manager.

The technical problems presented were challenging but manageable and interesting. The engineers were supportive in answering any questions I had. Everyone I spoke with was very passionate about Affirm's mission and culture.

The overall process was very efficient at every stage. I received feedback soon after each interview, and Affirm was able to time the process to complete before an upcoming deadline I had.
