Process
Had a call with a recruiter first, followed by two phone interviews, and then an onsite interview. It was a very smooth experience. The interviewers were all very professional, and their eyes literally shone with excitement when they spoke about Affirm, which I took as a positive sign. I've conducted many interviews, and I rarely see all the interviewers for an onsite be that passionate about their company.
