A long process, but it was fairly well organized. It began with an HR screening, followed by three different technical tests (live coding style, with no take-home components). Finally, there was a culture fit interview. The entire process took more than two months.

There's lots of pressure to deliver several projects without clear deadlines. Even documentation and knowledge are missing.
