While the workload for international employees is as intense as for US employees, their compensation is much lower.
It totally makes sense that pay is not as high as for employees in the US based on the local labor cost of each country. However, right now it is not even as competitive as local tech companies, while the work-life balance is worse than for many local companies for international employees.
Hope can consider re-evaluating the compensation structure for international employees based on the labor costs of similar tech companies in those international countries.
