Cons

Politics: Upper management plays favorites. However, if you perform well and make yourself visible, you will be recognized.

I was expected to work on the weekends.

Team culture isn't engaging. It felt like you are there to work and form work relationships, which is fine if you are okay with that.

Frequent reorgs.

I personally felt like engineers and managers in my department didn't have work-life balance.
