Affirm is one of the best companies I've worked for. The leadership at the C-suite level is literally one of the best, especially Max, Libor, and Linford. The mission is very inspiring, and you feel proud telling your family you work for Affirm.
The mid-level engineering leadership is basically incompetent and mucks up everything on a regular basis trying to build empires. They are not truly product people who really give a damn in the same way that the C-suite and the ICs do.
