Good communication and interview process
- Communicate throughout the interview.
- Be very transparent about the whole process.
- Interviewers are very communicative and focus on cultural and communication skills more than a traditional interviewer.

Overall, a good process. The stock compensation is a bit volatile, and a better trailing average of the stock price would help get a better idea of what competitive compensation could be. The overall compensation is great, though.
