Bad managers are allowed to stay at their job, and there is no recourse if your manager sucks. The company is very bad at DEI and treating women and people of color well. There is lots of advertising about DEI, which makes the majority (people not from these groups) feel like Affirm is doing a lot, but it's largely lip service and unpaid work being done by people from these communities.
