Best job I've ever had
Great group of smart, kind, and highly motivated people. Lots of company events and many opportunities to bond with co-workers. Interesting product, innovating in the fintech space. Free lunch and dinner and plenty of snacks. AMAZING views of SF and China Town. Great gym stipend and commuter benefits. High growth company with lots of new interesting projects and products in planning.
The only negative I could think of is that sometimes I work more than 40 hours a week. But it isn't a lot more. Also, this isn't because I am forced to. I am just interested in what I am working on.
Keep doing what you are doing. The transparency of the company and the frequent company events really make me feel welcome!
