Good pay. Remote company. Some great people.
It all depends on your manager (some of them are great and some not).
There's lots of pressure to deliver several projects without clear deadlines. Even documentation and knowledge are missing.
Information does not flow well enough; it's a bit messy.
Choose qualified managers, not people who know nothing about technology.
Do not fire people each week.
