The usual signs of a rocketship are here: rapid team growth, expanding business, new processes, and programs. But the company is especially mindful of its people and their well-being in the midst of the crazy growth.
There is a mature support structure across the company, which you wouldn't necessarily expect given its size or the number of years of existence.
