Good People, Slow Company
Good, intelligent, compassionate people. Everyone gets along well, for the most part, and has empathy for one another in terms of work-life balance and difficulty of asks.
The mission is admirable and everyone understands what they are working towards. The product is good and there is a good culture of ownership, responsibility, and transparency.
The engineering is slow. Super slow. The teams seem to move like molasses. Lack of vision and leadership in the tech org.
