A lot of challenges.
There is potential for sure. The SWE I met is very bright and intelligent!
The developer experience is horrible. Management is the worst I have seen in 10 YOE. There is no work-life balance if you are on the critical path.
Management has no idea what's going on. They take the wins and blame individuals for missing deadlines or failures. Bad policies, especially.
