It looks like this company is just looking for a bunch of cheap coding monkeys, having zero respect for the people they interview. In fact, their people don't seem to have any serious knowledge of what they are talking about. I was really surprised by how unprofessional they are.

Pros: Nice working environment, and a chance to get hands-on experience.
Cons: Communication between teams is hard. If there is a problem, you need to go through a couple of processes in order to have them look into the issue (if the issue is not critical).
