Process
So unprofessional.
I applied for the EM role and received an automated email to sign up for an interview slot, which I did. The interview seemed to go okay, mostly just situational questions, but I didn't hear back for a week. So, I emailed the recruiter and got absolutely no response.
Literally over a month later, I got an email from a different person saying, "Oh, sorry we are late, but we are going to pass." I don't mind that they rejected me, but being silent for a month is just crazy.
If this is the first impression as a candidate, I can't imagine what it is like as an employee. Shesh.
