Average interview. I really liked most of the interviews, but one interviewer behaved as if they had some preconceived notions.
They have huge open spaces with a ton of people, but really a small amount of space, at least for me.
They have an on-call phone, which rotates between all developers. This is a kind of okay practice, but they do not provide double rates, unlike others do.
Only one of the interviewers asked architecture questions, which I liked. Others asked standard questions.
I didn't like that they said their products are almost not covered with tests, but during the interview, there was a lot of talk about how tests are important.
They have fixed hours and no remote work option.
There's a separate pool of days for conferences; I didn't quite understand how this works.
