Process
I had two rounds of interviews.
The first was with the Product Development Manager for an hour, focusing on algorithms design.
The second was with a Team Leader for around two hours. They gave me a task to design a call-center system with about five business cases.
Although the first interview was quite hard but nice, I finished the second interview with a strong feeling that the leader had much less knowledge than me.

How to design a data structure that would keep product stock numbers for different distributors and allow for quick data retrieval?
How to model handling of incoming calls?
How to model each user in the system?
