Pros: - Work-life balance is good. No one stays in the office later than 6:30 PM.
- Diversity at its best. People from over 70 nationalities work in the same office.
- Culture is great. Adequate team parties with food and drinks keep the morale high!
- Remote work from anywhere is allowed for up to a month each year.
- On-premise instead of cloud. Get to learn about open-source software instead of managed cloud services.
Cons: Sometimes the work gets monotonous in your team, but you are encouraged to switch internally if there is an opening in another team.
There is a lot of competition for appraisals and promotions, which are hard to get.
