Pros: Lots of learning and challenging work. You get a chance to work on highly scalable systems.
Cons: 1. Increased work pressure in the last 1-2 years.
We are asked to use AI tools and improve our productivity multi-folds, which is not really practical.
2. Decreased interest in employee happiness.
3. Lots of cost-cutting introduced, like the stoppage of travel.
4. No more good salary increments.
