Don't waste your time in this interview. The interview process is well organized, but the people working there are not competent enough to understand anything they don't know.

Also, even if you pass the first round, in the second round, which is supposed to be the technical round, they don't have the feedback from the first interviewer and ask behavioral questions for time pass. At the end, you will receive an email stating that you are not selected.

My advice to upper management would be to record the interviews and see what's happening in the process, since this is the sole reason why they are not able to select candidates even after six months of struggle (as interviewers might claim).
