Totally unprofessional.

You get scheduled with engineers who say they are seniors. When you actually go for the interview, you realize they have a total of two years of experience at most.

Their questions are just HackerRank material. The interviewer didn't understand the solution I gave, even though he tested it and it worked.

The second interviewer didn't show up for the meeting. This is how unprofessional these guys are!

Cons: - Massive micromanagement. - Unethical, deceptive, almost criminal behavior with employee reviews. - Low-level colleges and technical managers (all the good guys are leaving). - Not updated technology, low code standards, nobody cares. - Secrets with all matters, bad visibility to employees. - No trust in employees. - Feels like masters and slaves. Don't work here. Don't do that to yourself. There are many other competitive options. It's just a terrible environment.
