A lot to learn from great people

Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Bangkok, Thailand

Pros: I've been working at Agoda for more than 3 years, and it's amazing to see how much this company has changed in the last few years. When I joined, my department was just a few small teams, but now it's more than 100 people. There are great engineers from all over the world around me, and I learn a lot from them all the time. We've changed our programming language over the years; now we are adding Docker. I hear other departments are going through similar changes as well.

Cons: Not all tasks are fun. Sometimes we have periods when we just need to deliver on business KPIs, and we don't have time to innovate much.
