Pathetic interview process. It took two months to complete the interviews. I had a salary discussion with HR after the technical and manager rounds, and then suddenly they wanted to take another round. An older interviewer then rejected me by asking questions like, "Why should I hire you?" and "What's your weakness?"

I wasted over five hours and two months with them. I would suggest that if you are talented, passionate, and like to ask questions, don't apply at Agoda. Senior folks do not like someone who is better than them, so they won't hire you.

Don't waste candidates' time and improve your interview process. Remove the interviewer who does not know how to conduct an interview.
