I showed up to the Bangkok office. The person I was supposed to interview with first didn't show up. I then met with one of the directors for an interview, which lasted maybe an hour. At that point, he told me they would be making an offer.

After the standard type of softball engineering questions (what does IoC mean, what is Agile development, etc.), the interviewer described some of the problems they were currently trying to solve or had recently addressed with their software, and asked how I would approach them.
