Process
The first round was a LeetCode-style interview with a staff engineer, who was very friendly and encouraging.
The second round was a technical and cultural discussion with the manager. The manager asked theoretical questions related to system scalability and security, which were totally out of scope for an undergraduate internship applicant with no industrial experience.
They asked me to wait for nearly two months and sent a rejection at the end.
