So many challenges to solve. Very customer-focused company. They pay on-time and pay a good bonus. Working with so many smart people.
Sometimes it seems too much to handle, especially for new joiners.
Onboarding is very difficult.
The language stack (most in Scala, some DotNet) is not popular.
