The office looks nice.
Therefore, there are some friendly people too.
Power harassment from senior management. Using "F" and "S" words naturally during meetings. Very surprising HR is absolutely doing nothing about it. Saw lots of people leaving due to power harassment and powerless HR.
Company itself is great, just terrible management that needs to be fixed ASAP.
Stay away from CEG.
Stop rewarding the wrong people and learn from mistakes! What is the point of having meetings to learn about mistakes if we are not going to fix them?
