There are many unhappy people trying to offload responsibilities for their own career to the manager, instead of focusing on improving themselves.

Totally the worst experience. If you don't consider me as a candidate, please DO NOT ask me to do an online assessment. I submitted the application on Nov 3, 2025, and completed the OA on Nov 10, 2025, with 70% required time and over 90% test cases.
