Good company, but the right man needs to be put on the right job
- A lot of technologies to learn.
- A lot of great people.
One developer does everything (client-side HTML/CSS/JS & server-side .NET MVC/Web API, etc.), so the quality is not good.
Hire backend people for a frontend team.
Put the right man on the right job. If you want quality in the frontend, put good frontend people on it, don't put backend people. Don't treat a developer as a duck, a jack of all trades, master of none.
