I'm happy to work here
Good environment and given career opportunities to another position. I'm from Japan, and in Japan, we are unable to move to another position without the boss suggesting. However, in AGODA, we all have career opportunities and are free to step up. I'm really happy to work in this environment and really thankful to AGODA.
Some people seem to make personal relationships within the same team, and it is okay with me if it doesn't affect work. However, I sometimes have a hard time because the relationships really do affect things.

Senior Software Engineer
Totally the worst experience. If you don't consider me as a candidate, please DO NOT ask me to do an online assessment. I submitted the application on Nov 3, 2025, and completed the OA on Nov 10, 2025, with 70% required time and over 90% test cases.
Staff Software Engineer
3rd round Architecture. Questions were very random, and the interviewer wasn't really interested in my answers after the first wrong answer. It was more of a stress round. Backend System design is more important in this round.
