There are lots of brilliant people around, a good innovative culture, high technology solutions, and a huge amount of growing possibilities.
Short vacations. The office has no space to relax.
Be more proactive in the growth of employees. I see many cases where people are more likely to be hired from outside than to grow from the inside.
Make the office a place to rest. Even a simple room with a horizontal bar is not available.
