- Massive micromanagement.
- Unethical, deceptive, almost criminal behavior with employee reviews.
- Low-level colleges and technical managers (all the good guys are leaving).
- Not updated technology, low code standards, nobody cares.
- Secrets with all matters, bad visibility to employees.
- No trust in employees.
- Feels like masters and slaves.
Don't work here. Don't do that to yourself. There are many other competitive options. It's just a terrible environment.
Empower your employees by firing the two bad directors, although they have such a cute smile and look harmless : )
