I learn a lot while working here since the way Agoda works is so scientific. Every improvement has to be measurable and under experiment.
The technology stack is modern, with iterative improvement.
Seniors or supervisors are very welcome for any opinion, as long as you have data backup and it's provable.
During the Covid situation, the company also acted fast and impressively, in terms of WFH policy and vaccine distribution.
WFH (during non-COVID) is not favored, even though there were many requests from employees. But maybe there will be a change after the COVID situation proved that productivity didn't drop.

Senior Software Engineer
Totally the worst experience. If you don't consider me as a candidate, please DO NOT ask me to do an online assessment. I submitted the application on Nov 3, 2025, and completed the OA on Nov 10, 2025, with 70% required time and over 90% test cases.
Staff Software Engineer
3rd round Architecture. Questions were very random, and the interviewer wasn't really interested in my answers after the first wrong answer. It was more of a stress round. Backend System design is more important in this round.
