- Slow working culture.
- Initiatives are unwanted.
- Inefficient, long processes.
- Low software quality.
- Many co-workers have the feeling of not serving any purpose working here, just factory belt work for software developers. It's not enough if you yourself think that; you will be surrounded by people sharing the same feeling, making you even more depressed.
- Work can often be thrown away and is thus never really built with quality or any passion in mind.
- No collaboration across teams. All work gets duplicated and then later causes a lot of tech debt.
