Good company to work for
In my total experience of 7 years, this is the best organization I have worked for so far. Be it work, culture, or compensation; Agoda meets my expectations. The best thing is that the upper management is very approachable and open for discussions.
No cons, as such. If you are a good employee, Agoda has a lot to offer. Still, they can improve a bit on location. Right now, they have development centers in Bangkok and Singapore. They should have more locations.
