You will learn how to run a successful company. The company is very lean, and you will not find unnecessary money and time wasted, which helped the company grow and survive in difficult times. If you are an engineer who loves completing projects and makes things work, you will love this company; you will be able to accomplish a lot of stuff.
If you are an engineer who loves to create well-engineered systems, this is not the right place.
You will find a lot of tech debt.
You have to constantly ask for promotion and raises.
Do not let your good employees ask for a salary hike and promotion.
Little more focus on technical debt.
