• Depending on your luck whether which team and manager you will belong to. • Salary is not transparent; I've heard many cases about underpaid. • Politics. • Too good at advertisement. • Currently, they don't seem to value and retain existing employees. • Unclear career path and self-evaluation is too abstract.
