Career growth seems different in different departments.
It's corporate. You need to be good at the "Company Game" to grow fast.
Please standardize growth. In some areas, you can rarely see a different number of IC4+ compared to others.
The areas that have way more IC1 and IC2, most of the culture changes are led by IC3 and IC4.
However, when we do salary adjustments, with the same average percentage across departments, it's hard to fix/compensate those IC3/IC4 who took more responsibility because the average salary is low due to lots of IC2.
