Nice salary in a very relaxed Thailand where you can travel every weekend if you wish. Also, it is quite diverse, and I never saw any harassment or disrespect in that company.

That is not a good place if you really care about your project or the quality of the codebase. Management is solely concerned with small gains to earnings, accomplished through running tiny, low-profile experiments. They do not take any risks at all and they do not think long-term. Some projects may be abandoned from the infrastructure side.

Personally, I met some real dishonesty from one of the top managers, but that may be just bad luck.

Please, start being real managers. Think long-term and stop completely avoiding any calculated risks. You should also start recognizing that some active projects really need some maintenance and improvements of architecture and infrastructure.
