Salary is the only thing that is good here; everything else are cons.
Management is the worst here. The tech stack is not that good. There are no code reviews. On-calls are tough. Busy seniors offer less help, leading to less growth. The work culture is bad, not good. They just want to do everything fast, which is why code quality is worse. Management is the worst.
You also need to listen to employees, not your managers. Silently firing people is not good.
