You'll get an interview appointment by phone and also email for the details, and you will know who is going to interview you. Take a basic technical test on a whiteboard and have a short talk with general questions, both technical and general.

The online assessment is hard. Most of the questions are LeetCode Hard questions. I personally think the bar is very high, and some questions tested basic understandings of HTTP and TCP.
