I had two Skype video calls before they invited me in person for an onsite interview in Bangkok. All the interviews were with dev managers, mostly with new staff (less than 2 months at Agoda).

You'll get an interview appointment by phone and also email for the details, and you will know who is going to interview you. Take a basic technical test on a whiteboard and have a short talk with general questions, both technical and general.

Casual, but I feel like it was a waste of my time. I waited online for the interview and answered all the questions correctly. I explained my current employment situation. I felt it was frowned upon because of the industry.
